Back NCDEX launches SMS alert service

THE National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) has launched an SMS alert service in association with Wabot.com.

This service will be useful for members, traders, investors and farmers alike to keep abreast of the market prices in commodities of their choice.

The service allows subscribers to receive product prices and important market developments by SMS on their mobile phones.

These alerts can be configured specially to meet the subscriber's specific needs and requirements.

On launch of this channel to the public in general and market participants in particular, Mr Chandra Shekhar, Head, Technology, NCDEX said, "The facility would be a boon to mobile persons who are price sensitive and track the movements carefully. The subscriber would get a customised alert on his mobile and can take appropriate trading decisions irrespective of where he his."
