Back Frankfinn to open 6 centres overseas Our Bureau
New Delhi , Feb. 1 DELHI-based Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training (FIAT) plans to set up six centres overseas in the current year. It would open centres in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the UAE by March and in Nepal, South Africa and Bahrain by July, said Mr K.S. Kohli, Chairman, FIAT. The institute would also increase its presence domestically by opening 15 more centres by March to take the total number in the country to 60. The institute also announced its tie-up with Edexcel of UK to award its students internationally recognised BTEC Higher National Certificate. This qualification helps students to directly enrol themselves to second year of the undergraduate degree course in most of the universities in the US and the UK, besides giving them enhanced employment opportunities in the present age of globalisation, said Mr Kohli.
