HYDERABAD: Sierra Atlantic, technology solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Mr Brian Rogan as Senior Vice-President, Strategic Business and Marketing, to build the financial services practice.

In addition, Mr Brian will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Agile, BEA, TIBCO, webMethods and others, according to a company statement.
