Back Sterlite board nod for 1:1 bonus

MUMBAI: Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd has informed the BSE that its board has approved a bonus issue of one share for every share held.

The board also approved the reduction of the face value of each share to Rs 2 per share from Rs 5 now. Shares of Sterlite fell by Rs 21.50 to Rs 1,443.1 on the BSE.
