MIM activists stage demonstration

HYDERABAD: Activists of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) here on Friday staged a demonstration at Borabanda in protest against the alleged publication of a cartoon depicting Prophet Mohammed by a Denmark-based newspaper. The agitators led by MIM Erragadda division in-charge Shaik Ahmed Pasha burnt flags of Denmark and accused the paper of hurting the sentiments Muslims across the world. The protestors took out a rally from Borabanda, Allapur, Mothinagar and Erragadda.
