Sarabande wins feature event

Hyderabad: Mr. and Mrs Vijay Mallya representing United Racing and Bloodstock Breeders Limited's Sarabande (Gallagher astride) won the Golconda Juvenile Million, the main event of the races held here on Sunday. The winner is trained by Dhariwal.

Fines:

In the Bonzer Plate (Div. I), race, jockey J.H. Christopher (Bundle of Roses) was fined Rs. 1000 for failing to persevere with his mount in the final stages of the race.

In the Mount Everest Plate (Div. I) race, jockey G. Sandeep (Royal Assembly) was fined Rs. 1000 for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in 100m after the start, bumping Royal Haven (A. Ramana).

In the Ballerina Star Plate (Div. I) race, jockey M. Krishna (Stornoway) was fined Rs. 1000 for shifting in approaching the 1000m on to Nashville (J.H. Christopher) who in turn shifted in, causing interference to Rock Breaker (M. Chauhan).
