IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has announced that its orderbook position has improved by Rs 265-crore from January 10 with several new orders.

In a press release here the company said it bagged Indira Sagar project (Polavaram project) (Package No. 8) on EPC turnkey system. The Irrigation department of Andhra Pradesh has awarded this project worth Rs 113.38-crore.

The company got the rural electrification works in Banka district of Bihar on turnkey basis under `Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana'. This project was awarded by the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd for Rs 57.09-crore.

The Punjab Technical University has sanctioned construction of Wing A, B & C (Civil, Electrical and PH works) at PTU site on Jalandhar - Kapurthala highway for Rs 29.72-crore.

The Chhattisgarh State Electicity Board has given a project for construction of multi-storied office complex in CSEB, headquarter premises at Danganiya, Raipur, including water supply, sanitation and electrification for Rs 4.41-crore.

The company has received order for 132 kV D/C Sewa-II-Hiranagar Transmission Line (Package-A) associated with Sewa-II-Transmission System (Jammu Kashmir) from the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd for Rs 22.48-crore.

Mangalam Eastern Water Recycling Company has awarded the project of raw effluent conveyance systems and the recovered water transmission systems for Rs 13.86-crore.

Further, Noyyal Common Effluent Treatment Company has sanctioned a project for raw effluent conveyance systems and the recovered water transmission systems for Arulpuram, Kallikadu, Murugampalayam and Rayapuram CETPs under Tirupur Textile Effluent Management Projects for Rs 24.42-crore, the company said.
