Back Prajay Engineers allots shares to Merrill Lynch

HYDERABAD: Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that the allotment committee of its board of directors at a meeting held on Saturday has allotted 3,02,533 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana S.A., SV, an FCCB holder, at a conversion price of Rs 75 per share. The bonds involved in the conversion on 50 FCCBs of $10,000 each aggregated $5,00,000, the company said.
