CHENNAI: Swami Ganapathi Sachidananda of Mysore visited Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai on Monday. Later, he delivered a short discourse, sayingdoctors were like God's instruments, mechanics who carried out noble work in restoring vision. He lauded the service of doctors at the hospital.T. Bhaskara Das, a devotee, presented an idol of `Subha Drishti Ganapathi' to him. Earlier, playback singer Vani Jayaram sang the Swami's compositions.
