Back Manikya Homes plans resort

HYDERABAD: Manikya Homes Pvt Ltd, an NRI promoted real estate company, has announced an ambitious 200-acre, eco-friendly luxury resort project near Chilkur lake on the outskirts of the City.

The State Minister for Mines, Geology, IT & Communications, Ms Sabitha Indira Reddy, formally launched the project at Madhapur on Saturday. Mr G. Chowdhary, Managing Director of the Company said the resort would house a business centre, animal park, health club, sports complex and an artificial lake.

Little Kerala, a miniature world of Kerala developed around a lake would be another attraction of the Project, the first by the NRI promoted firm, according to a press release.
