The Handicrafts and Handlooms sector has organised a crafts fair at Ram Krushna Kalyana Mandapam, No. 29, Arunachalam Road (Besides Prasad Studio), Saligramam which is on till February 27 (10 a.m.-9 p.m.).

About 60 artisans from different states will exhibit and sell their products directly with a special discount of 10 per cent on handicrafts and 20 per cent on handlooms.

The exhibits include black metal, white metal, brass, stone painting, marble stone statue with radium effect, one-gram gold jewellery and so on.

Ghagra choli and churidars from Rajasthan and Gujarat, dress material and wooden furniture from Kashmir, palm leaf engravings and Patachitra, terracotta, jari work, jute bags, cotton bags, Kondapalli toys from Orissa and khadi material. Jaipur bangles, bed sheets, bed spreads, cushion covers, pillow cases, curtains are also on display.
