ESI special services fortnight

CHENNAI: A special services fortnight will be observed by all Employees State Insurance Corporation offices in the State from February 24 to March 10 as part of 54th anniversary celebration of the ESI scheme.

During the fortnight, the Corporation will conduct seminars, workshop for employers and employees, organise "adalats" for on-the-sport redressal of public grievances, clear all the pending benefit claims. The ultimate aim of these activities, according to a corporation release, is to familiarise the scheme to employers and employees.
