Return of the golden oldies

Telugu film producers are still fascinated by old film titles. After producing Missamma, producer M. Satyanarayana is planning a new film titled Maya Bazaar, starring Bhoomika, Raja and S.P. Balasubrahmanyam. Indraganti Mohanakrishna, who bagged national award for his debut film Grahanam, is directing this film. The project was originally titled Kakaka Varsham, and was later changed to Maya Bazaar at the insistence of noted writer D.V. Narasa Raju. Jayakumar, a new writer, has penned the story. K.M. Radhakrishnan, who composed for Anand, will be composing for Maya Bazaar.
