BANGALORE: The Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) has made arrangements for grievance redressal meetings to be held at 10 centres here on Friday. The meetings, which have been planned following instructions from Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, will be held at 30 assistant revenue officers' ranges in three rounds. Officials of various departments of the palike and other civic agencies will participate in the meetings. Sources in the BMP told The Hindu on Thursday that officials have been trained in handling complaints. "We have asked them to interact politely with the public.
