HPCL signs MoU with Sinopec

MUMBAI: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the China-based producer and marketer of refined oil products, Sinopec, for international trade. The MoU covers taking up of projects identified in India, China and other countries in the areas of exploration and production, refineries and petrochemicals, engineering, technical and consultancy services, the company informed the BSE.
