BILT to merge APR packaging with itself

MUMBAI: Ballarpur Industries on Tuesday said that it would merge APR Packaging Ltd with itself. Separate meetings of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors would be held on March 31, for considering a scheme of amalgamation of the two companies, BILT informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. This is pursuant to the order of the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, it said.
