Chambal Fertilisers' pact with Oriental Maritime

MUMBAI: Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) for acquiring Aframax Tanker m.t. Vadella (SWS Hull No. 1022) of 104,635 dwt from Oriental Maritime S.A., Marshal Islands. The expected delivery of the vessel is on or before May 31.
