Bail granted

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Saturday granted bail to a man who was arrested at the gate of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's office with a detonator in hand.

However, Ashok Kumar Sharma was sent to judicial custody till April 1 by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau as he was yet to submit a local surety bond of Rs. 10,000 before the court.

Sharma was arrested by police late last night and booked under the Explosive Substances Act after recovery of a detonator in his possession. — PTI
