HCL wins Rs. 804 cr. tax case

NEW DELHI: In a major relief to HCL Corporation, the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) on Friday quashed the order of the Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), asking the company to pay Rs. 804 crore as income-tax.
