NEW DELHI: The National Human Rights Commission, taking suo motu notice of news reports on child trafficking in Jammu and Kashmir, has asked the Chief Secretary to submit a report within two weeks. The report said victims of terrorism were selling their children at markets in Jammu. The Commission said the reports raised the serious issue of violation of rights of children. It had obtained a copy of the story's transcript from a television channel.
