Power shutdown in some areas today
There will be no power supply on Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. in Basavanagar, Kalappa Layout, Ramaswamy Palya, Veerabhadranagar, Talakaveri Layout, Vibhuthipura, Vignana Nagar and surrounding areas due to reconditioning work of F-12 Feeder at HAL MUSS, according to the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company.
Summer camps for women, children
Samskrita Bharathi has organised summer camps for children and women from April 11 to 17 on its premises at Aksharam, 8th Cross, Girinagar II Phase. It has organised Bala Shibiram for students from Standard V to VII from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Matru Shibiram for women between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and Kishora Shibiram for students of 8th standard to 10th standard between 3.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. For details, call 26721052 and 26722576.
Three-day camp for students
All India Democratic Students Organisation has arranged a three-day summer camp for high school students from April 18 to 20 at RPA School, near Bhashyam Circle, Rajajinagar from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. The camp will focus on inculcating scientific outlook, higher values, ethics, ideals of freedom fighters and scientists. Yoga classes
