Vice-Chancellor to represent AIU at IISc

KOCHI: P.K. Abdul Azis, Vice-Chancellor of the Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat), has been elected as the representative of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the court of Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.

It will be a four-year tenure. Barkathulla Vishwa Vidyalaya Vice-Chancellor R.S. Sirohi, Banaras Hindu University Vice-Chancellor Punjab Singh and Jawaharlal Nehru University Vice-Chancellor B.B. Bhattacharya are the other members of AIU elected to the IIS court.
