KOCHI: Traffic will be diverted from areas near the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, Kaloor, on Thursday, in connection with the One-Day International between India and England. Addressing mediapersons, ACP (Traffic), K.E. Joy said that two-wheelers will be allowed entry into all roads. Spectators who come in two-wheelers must park their vehicles in the St. Albert's School Ground in front of the stadium. Spectators who reach Vytilla in light vehicles must reach the area behind the stadium through Ayisha Road and Thammanam. Spectators who reach Kaloor from the western side must take a deviation towards Katrikadavu and reach the stadium through the road behind it. The vehicles have to be parked in the ground and road behind the stadium. Under no circumstances will vehicles be allowed to enter the stadium through the front side. Only vehicles with pass will be allowed to park in the VIP area in the western side of the ground. Vehicles will not be allowed from Kaloor to Palarivattom till afternoon. They will have to reach Edapally through Elamakkara. A similar measure will be in place when the game concludes. Those who come in light vehicles from Palarivattom must park their vehicles at Manappattiparamba Ground and the parking ground in front of St. Antony's Church, Kaloor. Spectators who come in heavy vehicles must park them in service roads of the NH bypass. Vehicles that come from Aluva must reach the city through Vytilla, along the Sahodaran Aiyyappan Road. Service buses can take a turn from Kadavanthra and reach Kaloor. Parking has been banned in the stretch from Palarivattom bypass junction to Madhava Pharmacy Junction on the day.
