Book on Muslim law released
KOCHI:
The judgments of V.R. Krishna Iyer, jurist and former Judge of the Supreme Court, will outlive time, Vinod Kumar Bali, Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, has said. He was speaking at the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, after releasing `Muslim Law,' a book containing judgments pronounced on the topic by Mr. Iyer. Additional Advocate General V.K. Beeran received the first copy of the book, which has been written by Sebastian Chambapilly. Staff Reporter

Healthy ex-servicemen and retired police officers who would like to serve as special police officers in the oncoming Assembly polls must register their names with the respective police circle inspector office before April 12. They will get Rs.600 as remuneration. Staff Reporter
