ICA appoints Adarsh Shastri as National Secretary

NEW DELHI: Indian Cellular Association (ICA) has appointed Adarsh Shastri as its National Secretary. Mr. Shastri is Director in Ningbo Bird Co. Ltd, China's leading mobile phone company and also served as advisor to Indian Cellular Association, an ICA release said.
