Keventer Agro acquires EIL's food division

CHENNAI: Keventer Agro has concluded the buy-out of Eicher International Limited's food division. According to a release, KAL has acquired the rights of processing mango pulp in the plant in Tamil Nadu. Besides food processing, Keventer group holds interest in real estate projects, infrastructure development and also in production, procurement, processing, packing and marketing of horticulture produce under its biotech division.
