Noida Toll Bridge to exercise over-allotment arrangements

Additional GDRs will be admitted to trading on April 10

MUMBAI: Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) on Thursday announced that in connection with the admission to trading on AIM and Placing on March 21 of 113.63 lakh global depositary receipts (GDRs) issued by the company, Collins Stewart Limited, as stabilising manager, has given notice to exercise the over-allotment arrangements in respect of a further 11.36 lakh GDRs at the Placing price of $3.96 each. It is intended that the additional 11.36 lakh GDRs will be admitted to trading on AIM on April 10, says a release.

Including the exercise of the over-allotment arrangements, the total size of the Placing is $49,499,996 (12,499,999 GDRs). Each GDR represents five ordinary shares of the company.

The company's existing ordinary shares are listed on the Bombay and National stock exchanges and the company intends to apply for the ordinary shares represented by the GDRs to be listed on the BSE and the NSE.
