Back Compounding troubles
This is with reference to, "Compounding troubles for farmers," (Business Line, April 5). One of the reasons for farmer suicides is negligence by the State government . More than for agriculture, the rural areas need support for increased education and health facilities A. Jacob Sahayam Thiruvananthapuram
