GOCL, AL launch co-branded oils

Product range consists of 12 different grades

CHENNAI: Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd (GOCL) and Ashok Leyland on Monday launched their co-branded oils for the entire range of Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles. This initiative will go a long way in meeting their joint commitment towards lowering the operating costs of vehicle owners. The product range consists of 12 different grades including engine oils, transmission oils, greases, brake fluids, power steering fluid and hydraulic oil, says a Gulf Oil release. According to N. C. Sekharan, Head, Lubes, SBU, GOCL, the range of high tech co-branded engine oils are completely compatible with the low emission engine requirements conforming to BS-II and BS-III emission regulations.

Vinod K. Dasari, Chief Operating Officer, Ashok Leyland, said the launch was in line with Ashok Leyland's belief that customer satisfaction is of prime importance to Ashok Leyland.
