Tunisia to host Carthage investment forum

CHENNAI: The eighth edition of the Carthage Investment Forum will be held on June 15 and 16 at the Renaissance Hotel in Tunis, capital of Tunisia. The forum is expected to draw participants in particular from the European Union, North America, East Asia and the Gulf States.

Four workshops devoted to the themes textiles, clothing, leather and footwear; electric, electronic, mechanical, pharmaceuticals, food industry, environment and new services to enterprises, ICT and health will be organized during the Forum.

There will also be panels on `knowledge for development programme and innovation policy in Tunisia' and `Tunisia's FDI attractiveness.'
