Centurion Bank raises deposit rates

CHENNAI: Centurion Bank of Punjab has announced a revision in deposit rates of various maturities with effect from April 20. The bank is offering eight per cent for resident Indians for deposits of five years and above with an effective yield at 9.72 per cent and 8.75 per cent for senior citizens for the same period, the effective yield working out to 10.83 per cent per annum, according to a bank release.
