The Hindu Opportunities Job Fair expected to help over 50,000 job-seekers

The event will be held on May 20 and 21 at TRADE Centre, Bangalore

Bangalore: Back again with a bang this year is The Hindu Opportunities Job Fair with more number of opportunities and hefty pay packets. Like last year, the fair this year is also expected to cater to over 50,000 job-seekers on May 20 and 21 and will take centrestage at Trade Centre Bangalore, Export Promotion Industrial Park, Whitefield Industrial Area, Bangalore.

Organised by The Hindu and with Cognizant as the event sponsor, the job fair is open to those over 20 years. Graduates, postgraduates and professional with two to ten years of experience can participate.

Candidates may register at www.thehindu.com or www.tmifirst.com/hf6/index.aspx.

For professionals with less than two years' experience, the participating companies will pre-screen the registered CVs of the graduates/postgraduates. Invitations will be sent to the candidates, whose profiles match with those of the companies' requirements.

The last date for registrations is May 10. The decision of the participating companies on which the candidates are invited, will be final, and no communication will be entertained in this regard.

However, professionals with two to 10 years' experience can register anytime before the end of the event.

They can walk in with a printout of the registration confirmation form.

There will be separate fast track entry to the fair for experienced professionals.

Cognizant Technology Solutions India Limited is the event sponsor for the job fair, while Patni Computer Systems Limited, Suntec Business Solutions Limited and Verizon Data Services India Limited are the associate sponsors. TMI First is the technology partner.
