The buzz in the market is that the company is likely to enter into a joint venture/sell its property to DLF to the tune of Rs 100 crore. Anticipation of such an announcement has spurred interest in this counter. The stock has gained by almost 30 per cent week-on-week on sustained buying interest. Brokers said there was lot of FII enquiries at the counter. The stock closed at Rs 78.20, up 9.99 per cent, on the BSE.
