ANANTAPUR: The strange marriage of a married person with a eunuch at Karutlapalli in Kuderu mandal of the district on Wednesday barely lasted a day with both of them agreeing to `separate' following objections raised by his `legal wife' and villagers. According to the information reaching here, Pushpalatha, wife of Vadde Venkatramudu, who had married a eunuch, mustered courage and opposed the marriage following the intervention of her mother Jayamma who reached the village on Thursday morning. Even the villagers and Pushpalatha, who remained mute spectators to the Wednesday's event, voiced their protest to the marriage. Venkatramudu told his wife and the villagers that whatever had happened on Wednesday was out of his ignorance and he was ready to leave the eunuch, Preeti, and return to his legally wedded wife.
