Shravan, Sarath in last four

COIMBATORE : V. Shravan of YBC upset favourite Arun Brun of Perks Matriculation HSS 21-12, 21-5 to enter the semifinals of the U-16 junior tournament organised by the Coimbatore District Badminton Association at the Deja Vu Club courts here on Thursday. In another lop-sided contest, G. Sarath of Perks made it to the last four by defeating Visvesvaran of YBC 21-7, 21-7.

Meanwhile at Udhagamandalam, Pandalur Taluk Sports Club defeated Mechanics CC by 113 runs in the TNCA-NDCA `B' division league for the Murali Babu Rolling Trophy at the HPF grounds on Wednesday.
