Unitech Board approves bonus and share split

MUMBAI: Unitech is issuing bonus shares in the ratio of 12 equity shares for every one equity share. The company is also sub-dividing the equity share of Rs. 10 each into five equity shares of Rs. 2 each. The company will be convening an extra-ordinary meeting for this purpose on June 12.
