NEW DELHI: Taiwan on Friday said it was looking at the possibility of a free trade agreement with India as part of initiatives to increase bilateral trade to $10 billion in the next few years from $2.4 billion in 2004, Taiwan's administrative vice minister Shin Yen-Shiang said at a FICCI seminar here.
