Back Aftek Q3 net up at Rs 26.1 cr

Aftek Infosys Ltd has registered net sales of Rs 71.94 crore during the third quarter ended March 2006 against Rs 50.76 crore for the quarter ended March 2005, registering a growth of 41.72 per cent.

According to an official release, operating profit during the quarter rose to Rs 30.79 crore compared with Rs 22.46 crore, up by 37.11 per cent. Net profit increased to Rs 26.14 crore from Rs 17.61 crore during the same period. The earnings per share (diluted) stood at Rs 2.87 on the face value of Rs 2 per share.

For the nine months ended March 31, 2006, the company has registered net sales of Rs 193.3 crore and a net profit of Rs 64.3 crore. Aftek is a player in the infrastructure, information and process enterprise business management solutions space.
