Back Nagarjuna Const plans bonus issue

The board of directors of Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd (NCC) is scheduled to meet on May 29 to consider the issue of bonus shares by capitalising the reserves among other issues. The company has informed the stock exchanges that its board would also approve and take on record the audited financial results for the fiscal 2005-06.

The board would also recommend dividend on the paid-up equity share capital.
