Tributes paid to Sundaraiah
CPI(M) district secretary B. Narayana garlanded a portrait of Sundaraiah and called upon the party workers to strive to achieve goals envisaged by the great leader. He was a model Communist leader who had come under the influence of Mahatma Gandhi during his Intermediate days. As a result, he gave up studies and took part in freedom struggle, he said.

Sacked guards launch fast
