Documentary on Bhopal birds to be screened

NEW DELHI: A documentary titled "Water Birds of Bhopal" produced by Lalit Shastri, Principal Correspondent of The Hindu in Madhya Pradesh, and his wife Raajshri Shastri, Assistant Professor of Sociology at MLB College in Bhopal, will be screened at the Madhya Pradesh Festival that opens at India International Centre here on Wednesday.

The 28-minute documentary is backed by five years of research and hundreds of hours of bird watching. It features more than 40 species of birds.
