Young talent

Underprivileged and destitute children and prison inmates will display their creative talent at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall on Friday evening. India Classic Arts, an organisation based in New Jersey, is organising the event, "Chandamama." Director Roopa Iyer says the name "Chandamama" was chosen because leading a normal life is as far away as reaching for the moon for such children. The funds raised will go towards helping children get a better start in life.
