BANGALORE: The Art of Living Foundation has entered into partnership with Eastern Cape's House of Traditional Leaders to implement its rural development programme in South Africa, according to a press release.

Under the programme, rural youth will be trained to be "enthusiastic, dynamic, and economically self-reliant", the release has said.
