SonicWALL acquires MailFrontier

SUNNYVALE CALIFORNIA: SonicWALL Inc. recently announced that it has acquired email security company MailFrontier Inc. for a consideration of about $31 million in an all-cash transaction. The purchase of MailFrontier enables SonicWALL to bring powerful, easy to manage email security to channel partners and their end users as part of its end-to-end suite of secure content protection, says a release.
