CHENNAI: A one-day programme on business process outsourcing is being organised by the Women Entrepreneurship Promotional Association (WEPA). It will focus on exploring the potential and prospects of this sector and the effectiveness of BPOs in maximising the competitive regulatory environment, chain efficiency and global delivery mechanism.

The meet on June 5 would cover topics such as banking operations, voice and data, e-publishing, HR services, equity research/analytics, medical transcription, and training in information technology enabled services by experts from reputed software companies, says a release from WEPA.
