Human chain formed

BANGALORE: Members of Youth for Equality formed a human chain in Electronics City to protest against the Government's proposal to introduce 27 per cent quota for Other Backward Classes in elite educational institutions. They distributed pamphlets among employees of software companies in Electronics City. "We are now in the awareness drive of our campaign," said Kumar Gaurav, convener of Youth for Equality.
