Lecture on

Bhagavad Gita

The new lecture series on "Understanding and practicing Srimad Bhagavad Gita" by U.Ve. Velukkudi Krishnan Swamy will be conducted for two days from June 4. The lecture series, organised Swami Nammazhwar (India) Foundation, will be held at M.E.S. Kishore Kendra, Malleswaram. The new series will deal with Chapter 13 of Bhagavad Gita.

Puraskar

The Karnataka State Secondary Teachers' Association, Bangalore South District unit, will be organising the 21st Prathiba Puraskar — a programme to honour students who have excelled in the SSLC examination held in March 2006. The institution heads have been asked to the names, marks secured and the residential addresses of students who have scored highest marks in their respective schools on or before June 20.
