BDA releases list of 13 `defaulter layouts'

Bangalore: Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has listed 13 private layouts in western parts of the city as "defaulted" layouts.

A BDA release says it will will not release sites of these layouts. The layouts are: Vyalikaval HBCS K.P. Nagawara; Rajajinagar HBCS, Srigandada Kaval; NGEF HBCS, Herohalli; Bapuji HBCS, K.P. Agrahara; Vinayaka HBCS, Nagarabhavi IV Stage, ITI Malathahalli Layout; Canara Bank HBCS, Nagarabhavi; AECS Layout, Kundalahalli; and Ravi Hill View, Ittamadu. The promoters of these layouts have not relinquished civic amenity sites and parks to BDA yet.

The promoters of HMT HBCS, Nagasandra, Neelakadirenahalli, has not taken approval for the modified plans.

BEL HBCS has not paid layout charges for Herohalli Layout, acording to the press release.
