MUZAFFARPUR: His party's electoral defeat in Bihar notwithstanding, the popularity of RJD president and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad persists as is evident from boom in the sale of low-priced lozenges named after him, particularly in rural areas of north Bihar. A Delhi based company, trying to cash in on the popularity of the charismatic leader, has launched a lozenge brand `alu ka Khazana' in the market which is selling like hot cakes in the area. Shankar Sahni, a general store owner at Bhagwanpur Chowk of Muzaffarpur, told PTI today that the toffee was a hit among children. ``Like Lalujee himself, the toffee named after him is a hit. I sell not less than 100 packets a day'', another shopkeeper Mohammad Abdullah of Company Bagh area added. Santosh, Raju aged seven and ten years, sighted at a shop in Mushahri block of Muzaffarpur, expressed strong liking for `Lalu ka Khazana - PTI
