Japan to lift ban on Indian mangoes

TOKYO: Indian mangoes will be available in Japan from next month onwards as the Far East Asian country has agreed to lift its two-decade old ban on import of Indian mangoes, Japanese Agriculture Minister Shoichi Nakagawa announced here in the presence of visiting Indian Commerce Minister Kamal Nath at the India-Japan Business Summit.
